The Founder
Richard started in building and construction in 2018, when he built his first two single family home projects. As a creative at heart, the art and science of construction drew him in as he saw a need for housing, and a better methods to do things. He learned the entitlement process by meeting with city officials, architects and building departments to get projects approved.
In 2023, he founded STEEL BUILT out of his passion for creating high quality, cost effective homes.
